We offer these contracts on a long-term basis for a period of 1 year to 5 years to protect our customers from price escalations as well as price inflation during the term. Extended Warranty is offered on all Automation and Control products from the period of 1 year to 5 years. This helps the manufacturing plants in capping their maintenance budgets for a period of up to 5 years. This is a unique service offered by us which helps our customers greatly. Parts Management Contracts for a period of up to 5 years on Automation products – Parts Management essentially means stocking the critical or essential Automation products at the customer's location. The customer only pays for the rental of this equipment and pays only when they consume the material.
