Maintenance & Repair

We undertake maintenance and repair of the equipment supplied through our solutions. There are customized solutions for each manufacturing plant which include:

• Annual Maintenance Contracts of the solutions we provide and offer these contracts on the long term basis for a period of 1 year to 5 years to protect our customers from price escalations as well as price inflation for these years.
• Extended Warranty is offered on all Automation and Control products from the period of 1 year to 5 years. This helps the manufacturing plants in capping their maintenance budgets for a time period upto 5 years. This is a unique service and helps our customers greatly
• Parts Management Contracts for period upto 5 years on Automation products – Parts Management Contracts essentially means stocking the critical or essential Automation products at the customer’s location. The customer only pays for the rental of these equipments and actually pays for the same only when he consumes the material. This service helps in reducing the downtime to a great extent and ensure the high availability
• Repair services on Automation products is also offered by us.
